I contacted Blaine in January 2011 when we were thinking of selling, he came over and gave us some tips on
what to do to increase the value of our house. By February 2011 our house was on the market and it was sold within 4 days!
Blaine explained the market and showed us the comparables and we sold it within an agreeable price.
After we knew our house was sold Blaine took us for a day to look at houses.
He gave us valuable information about the market, condition of the house and getting us not only the right fit but a house we love within our budget. Blaine worked hard with the selling agent to make this house work for us.
It has almost been a year since we moved in and we love this house just as much as we did the first day we saw it, if not more.
